BMD and DPM has a 48 hour cancellation policy in place.

In order to accommodate all clients wishing to book appointments, we request a $50 cancellation fee at the time of booking your initial complimentary consultation. The $50 fee will be returned in full after the consultation or can be used towards services.

If the initial consultation is cancelled without 48 hours notice, or in case of no-show, the fee will be retained.
